Overview HealthPro Heritage has a great Full-Time Therapy Program Manager Opportunity in Atlanta, GA for a Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT). This Assisted Living Community is located 15 miles north of Atlanta. - $3,000 Sign on Bonus - Must be a licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist in the state of GA. - Setting: Providing Outpatient services to the residents of an Assisted Living/Memory Care community. Provide care in an onsite gym or in the patient's room. - Community info: Beautiful Community offering Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Short term stays - Previous management experience in this setting is preferred. - Hourly Compensation with a Quarterly Bonus Opportunity!
