This junior level position will work closely with the entire clinical team in the US, Canada and UK and report to the Manager of U.S. Clinical Reservations Expectations: - Manage domestic and international travel requests received through our secure HIPAA/GDPR-compliant portal - Book and coordinate all aspects of patient travel, including air, hotel, rental car, sedan service, ground ambulance, and other specialized medical arrangements - Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and clients. - Liaise with pharmaceutical clients to ensure seamless communication and support for sponsored patients - Collaborate with t...
