Your role: As the Engineering Manager within Capgemini, you will be responsible for leading the Agentic engineering team for Neo, the newly launched Group-wide AI platform. You will oversee the development of agentic capabilities, guide engineering delivery, and work closely with product, AI research, cloud, and change teams to operationalize next‑generation agentic features at scale. This role plays a key part in shaping how agentic systems evolve and integrate into Neo.
