Title: Experiential Learning Coordinator Division Name: Student Affairs Department: Career Services Job Summary: Career Services empowers and supports Redbirds to achieve their professional goals by providing resources, experiences, and industry connections. The Experiential Learning Coordinator builds and sustains strategic relationships with employers, alumni, faculty, and campus partners to expand internship and experiential learning opportunities for Illinois State University students. This role manages employer engagement strategies, supports student career advising and industry awareness, and develops employer‑engaged programming aligned with student needs, workforce trends, NACE principles, and institutional priorities. The position also serves as a key representative of Career Services in advancing equitable access to internships, informing career preparation practices, and strengthening employer partnerships across industries.
