Senior Principal Program Manager, Data Center Infrastructure | Cross‑Org PMO

Job description

You will operate to drive clarity, decision velocity, and predictable delivery across multiple orgs, geographies, and vendors. Success requires deep data center/infrastructure program leadership, disciplined operating mechanisms, and the ability to resolve ambiguity(many a time) and cross-team constraints that directly impact OCI capacity growth and service readiness. Key Responsibilities: 1) Data Center Programs & Critical Path Management Build and maintain integrated plans that connect design artifacts (layouts/BOMs/patch matrices), material readiness, build execution, commissioning, software/platform enablement, and production handoff. Coordinate across supply chain and deployment stakeholders on long-lead constraints and mitigation strategies to protect committed delivery dates in partnership with material forecast/planning, ordering, supply chain. Identify dependencies, critical path, and constraints; drive tradeoffs, sequencing decisions, and escalation paths to protect schedule and readiness.
