Whether you're guiding a group through a creative activity or cheering them on during a game, you’ll be the heart of the action—ensuring every participant feels included, supported, and safe. Ideal candidates are natural leaders with strong communication skills, a knack for organization, and a genuine love for working with people. Rec Leader I 's must have the ability to obtain Emergency First Aid certificate and a CPR C certificate.
