In this position, you will work across the full production lifecycle from plant care through post-harvest processing, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and in strict compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements. WHAT YOU WILL DO: - Support the full production cycle, including plant maintenance, harvest, drying, trimming, packaging, and equipment operation. - Perform daily cultivation tasks such as big leafing, bottom stripping, cleaning and disinfecting grow rooms, preparing rooms for refill, and disposing of used growing media. - Execute weekly cultivation activities, including spot cleaning, flipping flower blocks, consolidating vegetative trays, planting coco cubes, watering, and light maintenance. - Assist with monthly cultivation operat...
