ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP® is hiring a Plant Operator to join our Operations Services team located at our Fort Bragg Facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This position is onsite. The Plant Operator is responsible for plant operations and overseeing boiler, chiller, and auxiliary equipment operation under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor to ensure reliable, efficient and cost-effective long-term operation. The essential functions of the position include: - Responsible for the day-to-day operations of all plant equipment - Monitors the operation of major plant equipment and systems (Boilers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, and auxiliary equipment) that support delivery of Hot Water, Chilled Water - Take appropriate actions to ensure safety and delivery of the hot and chilled water are within prescribed bands, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements - Work to support the overall plant operation - Operate plant control/HMI devices as appropriate - Work a rotating shift that includes 12-hour shifts on both days and nights, with some periods of being the only one on shift - Provide on-call after hours support - Communicate with supervisors/management as to job progress...
