Senior Quality Engineer

About the role: We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to help ensure the reliability, correctness, and scalability of the systems behind our platform. Depending on the team, this may include AI-powered services, onboarding and activation flows, payments and external integrations, CRM and workflow systems, or secure document and client collaboration tools. In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to test complex workflows, validate data integrity, and improve quality across the software development lifecycle. You’ll also help shape test strategy, mentor other engineers, and raise the bar for quality across the organization. At 8am, quality is not a phase — it’s a mindset embedded in every conversation, decision, and line of code.
