The Deputy Program Manager is responsible in supporting the Program Manager with the delivery of the development and O&M of multiple FEMA applications. The Deputy PM is responsible for enforcing work standards, supervising staff, and communicating policies, procedures, and goals to team members while interfacing with senior customers within FEMA. The Deputy PM will also directly support the FEMA MT eGrants System. You will be responsible for managing the technical direction of projects through all phases; initiation, planning, requirements design, testing and implementation. This position is a hybrid role located in the National Harbor, MD.
