Federal Program Manager - (Salesforce & Amazon Connect) Location: Remote, United States Employment Type: This is a contingent role based upon a successful bid award. Job Summary: We’re seeking a Federal Program Manager, who plays a key leadership role in driving the successful delivery of Thunder's complex Federal Salesforce Public Sector solutions. This role is accountable for managing scope, schedule, budget, and compliance requirements across multiple projects within a Federal program. The Program Manager ensures alignment between mission objectives, contractual requirements, and overall program strategy. This position requires strong leadership, governance, and planning capabilities, as well as experience operating at the intersection of business strategy, digital delivery, and client management.
