This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly motivated to work in a dynamic team and to contribute to our Real Estate Investment Banking business. The J.P. Morgan UK Real Estate business has a leading position in the sector in terms of number of clients, transaction activity and revenue market share and is looking for an Senior Junior Associate to join the team. The team covers a large share of the UK listed corporate client base across the entire range of UK Real Estate subsectors as well as a vast array of private / sponsor-held assets. Our team is responsible for origination and execution of public and private M&A and capital markets transactions involving corporate and financial sponsor clients in the broad UK and EMEA Real Estate sector as well as providing clients with advice more broadly around their corporate strategy with this advice in specific cases provided alongside a corporate broking role which involves extensive interaction with our equity research and equity sales team as well as the C-suite management teams of the client.
