Requisition Number: R-22281 Facility: LOC0001 - 55 Fogg Road55 Fogg Road Weymouth, MA 02190 Department Name: SSH Clinical Nutrition Status: Part time Budgeted Hours: 20 Shift: Day (United States of America) 20 hour/week, part time position, Clinical Dietitian provides expert Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to clients focusing on acute and/or chronic disease management and long-term behavioral change. If needed, responsibilities may include covering the out-patient GDM clinic. Patient population includes pediatrics through older adults. Compensation Pay Range: $29.96 - $40.32 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Nutritional Assessments: Evaluates clients' medical history, laboratory values, dietary habits, and anthropometric data to determine nutritional risks and needs. Personalized Care Plans: Develops, implements, and monitors evidence-based nutrition interventions tailored to specific conditions like diabetes, heart disease, renal disorders, and GI issues.
