Now Hiring: Project Manager (Remote - must be located in the United States) The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager serves as a central enterprise orchestration lead, responsible for driving the execution of ADVENT’s strategic initiatives with a strong focus on change management, cross-functional alignment, and operational discipline. This role functions as an “air traffic control” point across the organization, ensuring priorities are clearly defined, dependencies are actively managed, risks are mitigated, and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Strategic Initiatives Project Manager partners closely with executive leadership, operational teams, and support functions to translate strategy into execution, while driving accountability, visibility, and sustainable adoption of change across the organization.
