Job description

Job Purpose: The Global Manager - Performance Management CL is responsible for leading and coordinating the global performance management framework across all Contract Logistics regions. The role ensures structured KPI governance, disciplined Management Business Review (MBR) processes, and transparent oversight of financial risk areas, including the Low-Margin Contracts Program and scope creep identification. In addition, the role governs and maintains the Contract Logistics Master Site and structural data framework, ensuring alignment between operational sites, financial entities, system mappings, and reporting structures. By supporting a single source of truth for performance foundations, the role contributes to KPI integrity, margin visibility, and global reporting consistency. Operating at a global governance level, the role provides transparency, comparability, and structured follow-up across regions, while regional teams retain accountability for performance delivery and execution.
