Job Summary: The Shipping Associate is responsible for processing and preparing orders for shipment to satisfy the needs of customers. Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for the logistics of customers’ orders: i.e. stocking, picking, and packing. Performing deliveries in company van to drop orders off. Use of Customer portals to execute shipments. Use of the shipping programs to schedule both shipments. Picks customer orders as requested for shipment, while following customer requirements. Track outgoing products to help keep an accurate running inventory. Responsible for ensuring that all inventory for resale as required is identified and traceable from receipt and acceptance through delivery to the customer.
