AI & Automation Business Analyst

Job description

We are seeking a business-oriented AI and automation leader to identify, prioritize, design, and help implement practical workflow improvements that reduce seller administrative burden, improve internal process efficiency, and increase customer-facing time. This role will translate business needs into scalable process improvements, low-code automations, agent-assisted workflows, and adoption plans across sales and marketing operations. IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: WHO YOU ARE: You readily distinguish between what’s relevant and what’s unimportant to make sense of complex situations. You figure out the processes necessary to get things done. You experiment with a wide range of existing technologies while applying new and emerging options that can enhance organizational outcomes.
