Position Overview: Oversee and direct operations of a construction crew including personnel, equipment, trucking and materials. Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: - Oversee and direct operations of an construction crew including personnel, equipment, trucking and materials. - Ensure that job site in full compliance with federal and state regulations, including OSHA, MSHA, DEP, etc. - Supervise and direct crew of 6 -12, ensure proper placement of resources. - Ensure compliance with The Shelly Company Manual of Safety Practices & Procedures. - Enforce company policies, procedures and work rules; discipline when necessary and document all employee performance issues. - Enforce comp...
