Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. - 11 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT. Preferred qualifications: - Experience in sales, media, or consulting, with a focus on managing high-performing teams and helping them navigate complexity and prioritize high-value activities in a high-pressure environment. - Proficiency in using data to tell a story and drive business decisions. - Understanding of the retail and travel industry and digital advertising ecosystems (Search, Video, Display). - Ability to communicate in Polish fluently to engage with the team and the clients. - Track record of high-impact commercial leadership, with a relentless focus on exceeding business goals and driving sustainable business growth.
