About the opportunity: We have an exciting opportunity available for 2 Casual Vegetation Field Team Members based in Townsville , with ongoing work available depending on project requirements. This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible, casual work , as workloads can fluctuate. There will be periods of high demand requiring consistent work, followed by quieter periods where work is less frequent. You will typically work Monday to Friday, 8-hour days , across a range of vegetation and land management projects. Key duties include: ·Chemical spraying (vehicle and backpack units) ·Whipper snipping and mechanical clearing ·Hand weeding and vegetation control ·Mulching and tree planting General site maintenance and environmental works This is a hands-on, field-based role , requiring a strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varyingweather conditions.
