WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: Reporting to the Manager, GPS Services Operations, this role sits within GPS EMEA Services Operations and works across EHQ Services, EMEA Cities, and EMEA Events. You will partner closely with Local and Global GPS, Finance, Procurement, and external service partners to align priorities, remove blockers, and ensure predictable delivery against EMEA needs. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The ideal candidate is highly organized, who can convert complexity into an actionable plan. They bring strong program/project and stakeholder management skills, can translate business needs into clear partner direction, and create visibility through disciplined operating rhythms, templates, and crisp reporting. They are comfortable navigating ambiguity, unblocking dependencies, and driving decisions without overcomplicating governance. They understand the basics of finance operations (PO/GR, month-end close), can troubleshoot process/system blockers, and are confident working across multiple teams, time zones, and external vendors.
