Description Novaspect, Inc., an Emerson Impact Partner, the global leader of automation systems and solutions, is currently offering an opportunity for a Systems Inside Sales with MRO and renewal focus to join our team. The Inside Sales team is responsible for hardware, software, subscription and simple project proposals for new and existing control system expansions and migrations. This person will also provide system design services and product selection to meet the scope requirements as defined in Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and support documents. Inside Sales Renewal Specialist Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical guidance to the sales team and customers throughout the sales process. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions - Develop a basic understanding of our products or services, including their technical specifications, features, and benefits - Create quotes, proposals, and/or technical documentation for customers. Ensure quote is accurate with customer request - Engage with customers via phone, email, and online meetings to address their technical inquiries, and offer pre-sales and post-sales product support.
