Overview The Community Relations & Employee Engagement team is seeking a dependable, customer-focused professional to support employee ticket distribution and engagement initiatives. This highly customer-facing role serves as a key point of contact for employees and internal partners, ensuring ticket requests are handled accurately, professionally, and on time. The ideal candidate brings a positive, service-oriented mindset, strong communication and listening skills, and high attention to detail. While basic administrative tracking and reporting are required, the primary focus of this role is delivering consistent, high-quality customer service and fostering positive employee experiences.
