Maintenance Supervisor

Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the day-to-day maintenance activities in our beverage manufacturing facility. This role ensures that all production equipment, machinery, and facilities are maintained in a safe, efficient, and reliable condition to support continuous high-quality production. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who prioritizes safety, preventive maintenance, and team development. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians on all shifts - Plan, schedule, and execute preventive maintenance (PM) programs on production lines, conveyors, fillers, packaging equipment, and facility systems - Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic equipment quickly to minimize downtime - Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, GMPs, and food safety standards (HACCP, SQF) - Coordinate with production supervisors to schedule maintenance around production needs - Maintain accurate maintenance records, parts inventory, and work orders - Train, coach, and develop maintenance technicians on technical skills and safety procedures - Drive continuous improvement init...
