As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment. Key Responsibilities · Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care · Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment · Set up and maintain dialysis equipment · Record vital signs and patient data · Educate patients on treatment and kidney health · Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members Requirements: · Graduate of an accredited High school or GED (will be verified during post offer of employment) · Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment · Physically able to work long shifts on your feet · Willing to float between local clinics if needed · Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Details about the paid training and...
