- Alternate for IBM security for 24/7 access, general access, and RESO storage areas on site - Submit requests through the IBM app to have secure access added to ID badges - Hold and submit activation for IBM Loaner Day passes for employees and contractors - Take pictures and submit requests for IBM badges – for lost/damaged badges, badges expiring, and new hires if required - Submit requests to have loaner badges replaced if lost or damaged - Backup IBM IT site contact for yearly revalidation – non-technical support - Contact to verify issues with network and help troubleshoot issues - Escort facilities vendors - Liaison between facilities and client - Liaison between facilities, landlord, and client for extra cleaning issues - Report any issues with cleaning services to facilities - Inspect site and submit HSE and First Aid Kit/AED reports – notify when supplies need replenishment in First Aid kits or servicing for AED units - Replenish feminine products for washrooms - Clean microwaves and refrigerators - Submit receiving and shipping forms in online application - Monitor security camera at desk to view and grant access to visitors - Submit visitor logs in online application - S...
