Overview The ETL Development Lead is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of scalable end-to-end data pipelines that support enterprise data warehousing and analytics initiatives. As a hands-on technical leader, this position drives best practices in ETL development, ensures high-quality and reliable data solutions, and provides mentorship and guidance to the development team. The role works closely with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust data solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and production stability.
