Our CATERING SALES MANAGERS are charismatic people that have community connections , enjoy networking, and aren't afraid to “hit the streets.” They are professional individuals that are sales oriented, guest driven, and have talent for building relationships . They are here to elevate the guest’s experience and provide exceptional hospitality , in and out of the restaurant. They work directly with our Regional Partners, Store Leadership and Catering Fulfillment Managers to execute catering operations daily. THE BASICS: Client Relations | Engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their needs, preferences, and event details. Customized Proposals | Creating tailored catering proposals based on client requirements, which may include menu options, pricing, and additional services. Ensuring proposals are detailed, accurate, and reflect the client's needs. Guest Service | Maintaining clear and ongoing communication with clients throughout the planning process to address any questions or concerns.
