Line Cook Entry level food service position, full or part time Hourly: The Line Cook role is an essential position in our food service department that is responsible for providing our guests with quality food products. The Line Cook will preparing sandwiches and other items to order and in bulk. You will also greet guests and answer any questions they may have about our sandwich menu. This position requires a positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and will require to learning and maintaining proper food safety procedures. The Line Cook may also assist the Food Service Manager and/or the Salad Bar Attendant and may also weigh and price items for purchase. - Prepare food to the prescribed recipe and in accordance with the guest’s order - Respond promptly to guest needs and identify and resolve problems in a timely manner - Wash, cut and/or cook vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, poultry and/or seafood to prepare for use - Checks products in sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift. - Use prep lists to determine production for the day and prepares ingredients - Maintain clean and organized work area - Maintain proper food hand...
