AI Enablement Lead - IT Strategy & Transformation

Job description

About the Role: We are seeking an AI Enablement Lead to drive the practical application of AI across multiple areas of the firm as part of a focused, high-impact AI Tiger Team. This role is centered on hands-on identification, prototyping, and delivery of AI-enabled workflow solutions that improve how work gets done across a range of business areas, such as Public Finance, Compliance, and Operations. Working closely with business leaders, end users, and IT partners, this individual will move across teams to identify opportunities, build solutions, and scale what works. Success in this role will come from delivering repeatable solutions that can be adapted and applied across different parts of the firm. The role requires balancing experimentation with focus, ensuring efforts translate into practical outcomes that improve efficiency and effectiveness. This role is highly collaborative and in-person, requiring regular engagement with teams across the firm.
