Description JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the Manager of Leadership Team Development, People & Culture, the Leadership Coach is responsible for ongoing development of corporate and clinical leadership teams, blending individual and collective team feedback to enhance the clinical leadership team’s performance. The Coach is the internal culture catalyst, business partner, change leader and facilitator dedicated to leadership teams to inspire a culture of caring, learning and results. The Leadership Coach provides coaching support to leaders individually and in teams to sharpen or modify leadership team behavior to align with VCH’s values and to improve performance and organizational effectiveness. Utilizes team based coaching to shift mindset and build skillset and capacity through just in time delivery of modular training that is designed to meet time constraints of operations. The Leadership Coaches’ primary clients are operational Directors, Managers, Physicians, and Front Line leadership teams.
