- Playbox Nursery - Address: Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 1ND - Salary: £16.50 an hour, £19,948 per annum - Hours: 1,209 annually, 29 hours per week, 38 weeks (term time only) - Contract: Permanent. Required from September 2026 Reference: 0711: Playbox Nursery , which operates under the umbrella of St John’s Methodist Church, is seeking an amazing Early Years Practitioner to join our dedicated, happy team in this preschool setting. This opportunity has arisen due to the retirement of our nursery manager, and we are looking for someone who is ready to provide outstanding professional leadership and management of the nursery. The job is permanent, the hours are 1209 annually. Contact time, 29 hours a week, is spread over 4 days, Monday - Thursday for 38 weeks a year (term time only), the rest are paid non-contact time to cover training, PD days and working from home.
