TAMPA SPORTS AUTHORITY: DEPARTMENT/SECTION: Operations – RJS Grounds POSITION TITLE: Facility Specialist – Grounds - FT NG – ($18.56 - $30.48 Hourly) POSITION CLASSIFICATION: Tenured: GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Facility Specialist - Grounds will be responsible to maintain the overall appearance and integrity of the facility, grounds, and landscaping to provide a superior experience to the tenants and guests of Raymond James Stadium. In addition, the Facility Specialist - Grounds shall follow the Authority operational policies and procedures designed to promote efficiency of operation, quality of service and a safe work environment. POSITION REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Facility Coordinator - Grounds JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs planting, fertilizing, trimming, and mowing in and around Raymond James Stadium. Polices facilities and grounds and collects, loads, and hauls trash and debris. Performs repairs and maintains plumbing, irrigation, caulking, painting, brick and cement, HVAC, and carpentry work in and around Raymond James Stadium.
