Salary: £13.47 - £13.90 per hour (plus 10% unsocial hours) Hours per week – 22.5 hours Rolling advert: We're continuously reviewing and interviewing applicants weekly for this job posting. Urgent Care & Telecare Response Team – Helping People Stay Safe, Supported and Independent Join our compassionate team helping people stay safe, supported, and independent in their homes - preventing unnecessary hospital admissions.
