As a Parts Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their parts needs and ensure an excellent shopping experience. Responsibilities will include working the parts counter, stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining the store’s appearance and cleanliness. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service and knowledge of small engine parts is preferred. Responsibilities: Receives and stocks items by unpacking, arranging, and placing items in designated bins and on shelves. - Greet each customer with a smile and provide assistance while they are shopping. - Work with our customers at the counter and phone calls to place accurate and timely orders. - Maintain a clean and organized counter area at all times. - Perform customer service through research, parts ordering, viewing illustrated parts lists, issuing quotes, and resolving customer concerns using established procedures. - Work with customers, technicians, and v...
