Compensation Range $205,000.00 - $275,000.00 Annual Salary Job Description Summary: The Regional Director of Preconstruction & Estimating leads and oversees delivery of the preconstruction phases including estimating and design activities for their assigned region(s)/business area. They provide counsel on complex preconstruction matters and serve as key contributors to the business in securing work. They develop and execute department objectives, procedures, and ensure practices lead to successful and profitable projects. Job Description: Position Responsibilities and Duties: - Able to perform all essential Chief Estimator/Regional Director of Preconstruction responsibilities.
