Hello! 👋 At Factorial we're looking for a Payroll Consultant for the DACH Market (HQs in Barcelona!) to make sure our clients have the best onboarding experience. Ready to be part of the challenge? You will be responsible for onboarding new clients to our HR software, gathering their feedback ensuring that they use the platform to its fullest. One of your greatest challenges will be to make sure our product can be fully adapted to the client's needs . This requires you to perfectly understand their processes and problems and detect possible improvements and opportunities in the product. About the role 🚀 What will you be doing? - Onboard clients to our payroll product by assisting them via video calls and email until Factorial is fully implemented in their organisation. - Take a consultative approach to offer clients a customised experience in setting up their accounts. - Understand our clients' needs and challenges and gather their feedback. - Collaborate with the product team to enhance our payroll product—you’ll have a direct impact on the solutions we create! - Share insights for improvement to help us shape the best client journey.
