Description This position supports the work of the YMCA, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. The Director of Community Impact leads the implementation, oversight, and expansion of community engagement initiatives supporting the Y on the Fly Program and related outreach services. This role is responsible for developing strategic partnerships, expanding program services, managing outreach operations, and ensuring high-quality program delivery that provides critical services to youth and families in the areas of nutrition, literacy, aquatic safety, and overall youth development. The Director of Community Impact will use data-driven strategies to increase community reach, improve outcomes, and strengthen the YMCA’s impact across the community.
