As our business continues to evolve, we are seeking an experienced and decisive State Manager to lead our Western Australian operations. This role is pivotal in strengthening systems, uplifting performance, and driving positive cultural and operational change across a high-volume, geographically diverse contract. The Role: Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the State Manager will assume full accountability for the successful delivery of a major Head Contractor Maintenance Contract across Western Australia, with particular responsibility for the East/West Kimberley, Wheatbelt, and Goldfields regions.
