INSEAD is seeking an Apprentice, Data Operations to join our Executive Education department. This an apprenticeship based at our Europe Campus in Fontainebleau – France. About the Job: The Apprentice, Data Operations will provide support managing the end of programme feedback survey process using the Qualtrics platform. This includes creating and scheduling the timely release of the reports and assisting the 50+ Programme Managers with their incoming requests. The Apprentice, Data Operations will optimize the EDP resource planning and allocation for the Fontainebleau campus. This includes ensuring accuracy on our scheduling platform, TimeEdit so that internal stakeholders obtain accurate and up to date information, populating and keeping Monday.com up to date with the Programme Manager’s workload; taking responsibility for the reservation of break-out rooms, live online r...
