Job Description Sales Manager Animal Nutrition - DACH countries South Germany/Switzerland/Austria. Location: Germany / Berlin, Hamburg or Heidelberg Job Description: ADM has an exciting opportunity available for a Sales Manager to drive our animal nutrition business in the DACH countries. In a large local market, this is seen as a key role not only to maintain but more importantly to significantly grow our footprint by offering a broad depth of products ranging from Feed Additives and ingredients to Premix. The role is expected to be based in our office in Germany and reports to the VP Sales Europe in Switzerland. The main duties of this role will include: - Unlock and maximize the potential of our animal nutrition business in the DACH. - Responsibility for our Animal Nutrition (technical) sales, including Key Accounts - Establish and develop long-term customer relationships - Identify and develop new business and partnership opportunities for growth - Understand our portfolio of products - Create and fulfill own sales plans and budget on the basis of market plans - Create and execute a 3-5 year Business Plan for the region - Monthly reporting, sales analytics, and insights; unders...
