Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based. Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. What you'll do: Working on shift: Shift based schedule, 8 hour shifts, starts at 9:00-17:00 and 15:00-23:00 (cover for EMEA and NAM) - Remediate data in the Clients and Security Coding systems - Perform trend analysis and identifying root causes Implementing or suggesting solutions based on the root cause analysis - Liaise with other teams globally to ensure data quality is remediated - Provide a high level of customer service to our internal stakeholders - Provide tangible metrics to Management What we need from you: - Fluent English (written & spoken) - Managing various data remediation work streams Projects Knowledge - Able to identify, trouble shoot issues and ultimately escalate - Experience of maintaining client static...
