General Description: Janitorial responsibilities include cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining all areas of the Clubhouse, North Spa, pool areas, cabanas, Gatehouse and public spaces. Must be able to work Holidays, nights, weekends and flexible shifts to the needs of the Associations business. Work Requirements: Primary work items - Open, Close and secure the Community buildings for daily operations. - Vacuum all carpeted floors and damp mop all tile floors - Clean and disinfect restrooms facilities daily - Pressure wash clubhouse, sidewalks, and outdoor pool deck as scheduled. - Basic manual labor will be required, operating and maintaining various types of cleaning equipment/tools, mixing basic cleaning solutions - Daily setups, room event setups and breakdowns. - Wipe down and s...
