Clinical Learning Specialist

Job description

Under administrative direction of the CHHS Director of Simulation and Digital Health, this position facilitates and supervises clinical lab experiences for students in the Simulation Center supporting health and social care disciplines. The Clinical Learning Specialist, faculty, health and social care providers, and the clinical agencies will collaborate to deliver a comprehensive and high-quality clinical education experience. Duties/Responsibilities: Provide supervision of students within the simulation lab setting, assist the students to accomplish the clinical learning objectives defined by the course (70%) Understand the course and clinical lab objectives of the course to which they are assigned to provide clinical instruction and be familiar with the overall academic program curriculum.
