Description Now Offering: Under the supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations of an assigned unit or area. The RN supervises Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other assigned staff, ensures the delivery of quality resident care, and administers nursing services in accordance with physician orders, established nursing standards of practice, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. - Next Day Pay - Flexible Weekend Schedule - Holiday Pay - Competitive Hourly Rates Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Supervise professional and non-professional staff in the day-to-day delivery of resident care; schedule assignments and establish nursing unit priorities; orient new staff and participate in the recruitment and selection of nursing personnel; communicate policies and procedures; provide coaching and support as needed; monitor work performance, provide feedback, and administer corrective action when appropriate. - Prepare and review medical records and nurses’ notes; assess residents’ physical and emotional status; monitor resident activity; provide nursing care in accordance with...
