What You Will Do As the Operational Excellence Manager, you will transform Clarios Manufacturing's results by applying lean principles. Specifically, you will serve as a facilitator, educator, advocate, consultant, and accountability partner to support staff team members in Operations, Engineering, and Functional Groups across multiple sites. Travel will be 50% plus. How You Will Do It: In this role, you will be working on executing our OpEx culture by: Developing & Driving Operational Excellence strategy roadmaps to ensure execution. Conducting training and education regarding CI tools and methodologies Supervises OEX Leaders and is accountable for the execution and savings annual target for the Fiscal Year of the plants under its responsibility. Conduct monthly OEX reviews across the facilities you support. Establish KPI baselines and share best practices throughout the region. What We Look For: You must have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 5 years as a leader in a mature lean organization.
