Salary Circa £40k per annum - 40hrs per week. Duty Manager We’re looking for a committed Duty Manager to manage the performance, well-being, and development of the frontline driving team, ensuring consistent service delivery that meets operational, safety, and customer satisfaction standards. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the profitable and efficient day to day operation of depot services. What you’ll be doing: - Leading & Developing Teams – Manage, mentor, and support frontline colleagues, fostering and building an inclusive and respectful work environment where all team members are appreciated and recognised for themselves and what they bring to the table. - Performance Management – Overseeing driver performance and implementing development plans to enhance individual and team productivity. - Coaching & Training – Working with the training function to ensure all team members are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed. - Employee Relations – Handling absence management, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in a fair and supportive manner. - Collaboration & Communication – Fostering strong relationships between drivers, managers, and key stakeholders to...
