What you’ll get to do: You will lead the Electrical, Controls and Instrumentation team within Plant Engineering — owning both engineering delivery and the people who do the work. You set the technical direction across electrical power, instrumentation, and process control and safety systems, and you build and develop a high-performing team. You turn requirements into practical engineering solutions, coordinate interfaces across disciplines and with suppliers, and help shape a plant-as-a-product mindset through standardization, modular design, and DfMA.
