Job Description: Serves as subject matter expert on matters related to day-to-day cloud operations and implementation within Children's Healthcare of Atlanta system. Assists in deploying, implementing and testing systems. Assists in problem resolution for cloud deployments and is responsible for responding to tickets and systems alerts.
