Corporate Development Deal Lead

Job description

The Corporate Development team at Meta is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and executing M&A and strategic partnership opportunities. As a Strategy and Scouting Manager, you will collaborate with the broader Corp Dev team and business leaders across Meta to identify potential M&A targets, analyze ecosystem trends, and engage with the startup community. You will also partner with Deal Leads to evaluate business and M&A opportunities, conduct due diligence, perform market research, and drive deal execution. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven analytical skills, a passion for technology and innovation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
